The EDISON Program is a system of building blocks that allows sales reps to build upon their current knowledge as they add new skills and progress through the program.
Every principle helps reps to further understand the sales process. The main focus of the EDISON Program is to not only teach “what” to do and say but also “how” to do and say it. We have found that understanding the “why” has made all the difference.
This system is comprised of 4 main phases of training that are proven to make the greatest impact. The four phases are The Mindset, The Pitch, The Sale and The Close.
